Turning ideas into impact — online and off.
Web Development
At an architecture firm, I expanded into web design by conducting website audits, creating new project content, and writing staff biographies. I became proficient in Squarespace for site management and Later for social media scheduling and analytics.
Throughout university and in my professional work, I’ve gained experience with CRM and marketing platforms including Mailchimp, Later, Salesforce, and Google Analytics — using them for campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and performance reporting. I’m committed to using these tools ethically and responsibly, with a focus on data privacy for both audiences and organizations. CRM platforms are powerful, and I believe they should always be leveraged with transparency, respect, and strategic intent.
Social Media
Ah, the ever-changing — and sometimes challenging — world of social media. It evolves at lightning speed, yet in some ways feels like it’s slowing down. As wellness trends grow, audiences are becoming more mindful about how often they engage with digital media. That means a brand’s presence on these platforms must be strategic, memorable, and worth their time.
I have experience crafting copy for Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and am proficient in Google Ads. I love creative writing, and I’m confident in my ability to create copy that stands out, connects with your audience, and drives results.
Newsletters & Blogs
As the full-time copywriter for the firm’s quarterly newsletters and weekly blogs, I translated the complex language of architecture into clear, engaging stories for our audience. What began as a completely new industry to me quickly became second nature, and I soon took ownership of creating content that consistently reflected the firm’s voice, values, and goals.
I am eager to bring this experience to new opportunities and continue to grow in the world of copy!
